As someone who struggles with anxiety, it can sometimes feel like a label or something we just have to learn to "deal with" as a part of life. You often find yourself wondering what you can do to help yourself “get rid of this feeling” or feel better in some way. Your personality has changed and sometimes you worry that it might get worse. You know you have so much potential - but your anxiety & stress have had an impact on so many aspects of your life, work, and relationships.
It can be scary to navigate this road on your own, and we struggle to find people who resonate with our experiences. Imagine what it would feel like not to constantly worry about the stressors in your life or overthink about an event in your past that hasn’t quite been resolved yet.
As a Millennial, I know how busy life can be & this can make prioritizing yourself feel last on the list. This 1-month workshop will be offered Thursdays at 4:30 PM for 1-hour weekly meetings via Zoom. Over the span of 4-weeks, you will connect with a small group of 5 participants who share your goal of understanding & overcoming their stress and anxiety. You will have a chance to share your story, connect with others, support one another & learn valuable skills & knowledge that my clients receive in their sessions!
Together, we will help you to break down the anxiety barrier, learn how to thrive like a boss, and finally make your needs heard.
