Individual Therapy

As a Registered Psychotherapist, I’ve structured my practice to foster supportive, comfortable, and collaborative client growth and relationships. I utilize both evidence-based practices and creative therapeutic approaches, with an understanding that therapy is not always “one-size fits all.” Together we will work together to explore your life experiences, behaviours, and core beliefs to gain an understanding of your presenting concerns and how to approach your goals. Together, we will be able to identify the patterns of your behaviours that hold you back from health and happiness, while gaining the personal strength and coping strategies to overcome them. With perspective comes wisdom, and the ultimate power to enhance your Everyday Self!


There is nothing more fulfilling to me than sitting across from a client who has just had a major “aha!” moment.
