Individual Counselling

Individual therapy is at the heart of my practice. Part of the beauty of individual therapy is the fact that it uses a psychotherapy framework, allowing for a deeper exploration of issues identified by you, without the need to counterbalance the needs of others. Clients are welcomed to come and speak openly, honestly, and confidentially in a one-on-one environment that is tailored and focused on you.

Common reasons someone may reach out for individual counselling includes:

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Depression

  • Stress management (Workplace, Family Life, School)

  • Managing University or College transitions

  • Grief and Healing 

  • Working past traumatic experience 

  • Understanding roles in relationship conflicts (Romantic, Friendships, Family Systems)
